    The Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System is a spiritual and physical growth process focused on creating space and relaxation in the body. It touches six different access points into the mind-body-spirit, using Eastern and Western wisdom and techniques, ancient practices, and cutting-edge science. This revolutionary healing modality invites us to feel—really feel—our physical bodies, hearts, minds, spirits, and energy centers.

    This intimate personal relationship allows us to stand more powerfully in the world, release stress and tension, consciously step away from negative patterns, and embrace our fullest potential. BBTRS is the beginning of a life-changing journey that we call FEEL TO HEAL.

    The beauty of Breathwork is it works with your nervous system, exactly the way it is. This call is designed to get clear on your health and wellness goals, what stress, tension and trauma is present in your body, your mind (and your life). We co-create a Breathwork roadmap to get you back to your health and to feeling whole and full of vitality.

  • About Hridaya

    Having spent 17 years as an Ishaya monk, meditation and yoga teacher, I am deeply passionate about consciousness and spirituality. I also saw that one size does not fit everyone and a multi faceted approach to healing and awakening is required. I was looking for additional tools that included integration of the body and the nervous system in trauma healing. I found breathwork in 2021 through Jake Loreto at The Breath Movement and started supporting his retreats and breathwork events.

    It helped me integrate trauma from an abusive relationship and grief around the passing of my father.

    In 2024 I embarked on my breathwork facilitator training and quit my stressful job, completed a 75 hard challenge and moved to Bali.

    Safe to say my life transformed!
